• can i pay you with hugs, or do you have other payment methods?
  we do accept hugs, though not as a form of payment. bank transfers, paypal, and checks (USA only) are the usual suspects.
• i'm in another location, how do we get things done if we can't meet?
  long distance relationships can be tough, we know. we make it as easy as possible using instant messengers (skype, msn/windows live messenger, and aim), video chat, email, conference calls, or even smoke signals if you prefer. from clients just down the street, to projects from across the pond, we’ve done it all!
• do you build websites from scratch? I don’t like generic looking sites.
  we hate arriving at a party and realizing that someone else is wearing the same outfit. originality is always the best route. on that note, we are proud to say that our work is original just like a web design/marketing company should be. if you’re looking for a more affordable rate, we can work with a template and customize it as much as possible to suit your desired look and feel.
• i have no idea where to begin. how should i prepare before i contact you?
